I have no criticism’s about the stay I had in this villa. It was clean, staff were very friendly and it was in a great location. Close to many shops and restaurants.
Would recommend staying here if you wanted a quiet yet central villa!

We are staying here for the third time. I like everything very much. Nearby are shops, supermarkets, a large road from which it is convenient to get to any place. In the villa, daily cleaning, delicious and varied breakfasts. A large pool, which is quite rare in Bali

The private room is quieter and better than noisy Kuta. I don't speak English, but it was nice to be able to communicate through WhatsApp in the room. And the breakfast is so delicious.
If you are Korean, I recommend burrito and nasi goreng.

The downside is that there are a lot of mosquitoes in the rainy season. You can't open the door.

It feels old and worn + it doesn't feel very clean.
But, he is kind. I was grateful that they changed my breakfast to porridge and bananas because I had enteritis.
Location is good too
There is a supermarket a 3-minute walk away.
There's a Starbucks within a 15-minute walk.

Great place and service, just one thing, you have to go through the kitchen area to enter bedroom and its not a straight path as there is pool on the left. The construction could have been better and can still be reorganized. But overall great service.

Stayed in a 3 bedroom villa for 6 people for 4 nights, nice, clean, great service, you can eat breakfast, you can have afternoon snacks, the parking is spacious, the location is strategic, even though the Seminyak area you can take the Sunset Road route, so you don't get stuck in the Seminyak traffic jams. ..👍

If you are family with one above 12 years they don t have extra bed or sofa bed they will ask you to rent other property so you end mother and father in one villa and kid in other villa which make no sense at all.
Nice clean villa, good breakfast they offer afternoon tea,
But please count towel when you arrive as they may ask you to pay if any towel lost which is not acceptable since when you entered you don t know how many towel in villa.

This is the best villa if your looking to stay in the middle of seminyak it’s very calm but also close to the shops and the road, we took a 3 bedroom villa and it was honestly amazing compared to the villa we stayed in before, the pool is big and always clean the rooms were big spacious comfortable and clean the breakfast was delicious and they also provide you with an afternoon tea, they always come around 5:00PM to spray the villa for the mosquitos, the service was amazing everyone is nice sweet and welcoming definitely coming back

Generally, this villa was very good but not perfect. The positives were that the villa room was very comfortable, the bathroom was excellent (possibly the best bathroom I’ve ever stayed in) and some of the food was good quality. However, the air conditioning was not as strong as I would like it which I believe is important in hot places like Bali. Additionally, I could not charge my iPad next to my bed so I had to charge it in the bathroom, though that was not an inconvenience. The massage that I received was very good. I highly recommend coming to this villa as you will get your moneysworth but it is not perfect

Highly recommend for families. We took a 2 room villa and it was beautiful. The in-villa pool, rooms, toilet, and living area was clean and well maintained. The staff were all excellent and kept in contact with us via WhatsApp constantly. We settled our daily breakfast (delivered to your room), afternoon tea (complimentary), laundry (external), checkout all via WhatsApp. It was super convenient.

Location wise the area is quiet for Seminyak so you have walk or grab to get to the shopping areas. This also means it’s tranquil and relaxing. There are bicycles available for free rental and you can cycle to Ku De Ta (10mins) or nearby restaurants (5mins).

We love our 2 nights' stay here. Villa interior is very pretty with colourful cushion and sofa. Bathroom is huge and well decorated with simple yet modern Balinese theme.

Location is away from the busy street so it is quiet & peaceful. Bicycles are provided for guests' use, free of charge.

Villa and pool are very clean. Kitchenette has a stove that allows you to cook but no microwave.

Staff is very helpful and polite.
